Natalie and Andrew’s wedding was held at one of the most amazing and sought after wedding venues in Sydney and Southern Highlands, The magnificent Bendooley Estate in beautiful Berrima.
Andrew and Natalie both prepared on the property which made things nice and easy no running around from location to location which is a big advantage to have on your wedding day.
The storm clouds were looming and threatening to open up but luckily the rain held off right up until the end of the reception. The ceremony was held on the perfectly maintained gardens of the estate and everything went off without a hitch.
As a Southern Highlands wedding photographer this venue is ideal it has it all and I’m sure you’ll agree after seeing the photos. After the ceremony we simply wandered around the property to take some amazing shots. First we used the old homestead on the grounds with leafy green vines hanging off it. Then we headed to the open green grass to do some photos with our stunning bridal party. After this we used the lake and surrounding trees to finish things off.
The reception was held in the Book Barn on Bendooley Estate. What I love about the book Barn is exactly that! You’re surrounded by books and a lot of old charm and history that the building has including the old wooden beams and rustic high open ceilings.
